Once you have determined VMM is the best choice for your office and
forward us some basic information to create an account, the billing
process can commence immediately. Electronic billing set-up varies
depending on the insurance company. You can be set up for electronic
billing under all companies that provide this option within one week
with the exception of Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Medicare, Medi-cal,
Tricare and some IPA’s. These companies take two to six weeks to
process your request for electronic billing. During this time we can
continue to bill your claims on paper so there is no lapse in payment.
**The client must have a current waiver on file with Medicare to
bill on paper.
